Victory Resources begins drilling at Loner property

Victory Resources Corporation (CSE:VR) (FRA:VR61) (OTCPINK:VRCFF) said its exploration team led by its vice president of exploration David Deering began a diamond drilling program at the Loner property in Nevada on April 6.  The company said the program calls for 7 to 10 short diamond drill holes in the vicinity of the historical workings, which exploited the Loner vein system, adding that the holes will vary between 50-70 meters while the program is expected to take between 30-35 days.  READ: Victory Resources set to drill its optioned Loner Property in Nevada Victory said the first pass drilling program underway at Loner is intended to confirm intersections of gold-bearing quartz veins that correlate with historical underground mining and mapped surficial gold occurrences. It is also anticipated that the program will demonstrate broader mineralization across the width and depth of the occurrence, which remains open in all directions, as well as defining strong gold and arsenic geochemical anomalies more extensively throughout the target area. “In a short period of time, Victory has developed a fully equipped exploration team to begin this drilling program, allowing us to advance the company’s interests. This first-pass drilling work will evaluate the best and most productive way to advance the project,” Deering said in a statement.
