After-Hours Stock Movers:
Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) rose 1.4% after Mizuho analysts upgraded the stock from Neutral to Outperform with a price target of $515.00 (from $230.00).
eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY) rose 2% after the Board of Directors of the Company authorized an incremental $3.0 billion under our stock repurchase program, in addition to the remaining amounts previously authorized
EVgo (NASDAQ:EVGO) fell 15% after it announced today that EVgo Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of LS Power Equity Partners IV, L.P. (“LS Power”), intends to offer for sale in an underwritten public secondary offering 23,000,000 shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Class A Shares”) of the Company. LS Power expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,450,000 Class A Shares at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. No Class A Shares are being sold by the Company. LS Power will receive all of the proceeds from the sale of Class A Shares in the offering, and the Company will not receive any proceeds from this offering.
Affirm Holdings (NASDAQ:AFRM) announced its intention to offer, subject to market conditions and other factors, $750 million aggregate principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due 2029 in a private offering.
Mitek Systems (NASDAQ:MITK) rose 18% after it reported Q4 EPS of $0.33, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $43.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $41.3 million.
